Remaining cloudy this evening and overnight with outbreaks of rain. Rain will be heavy at times in the evening. Becoming drier around dawn as rain clears northwards. Minimum temperature 8 °C.

Sunday:

A largely cloudy day with some brighter intervals breaking through. A little light rain, especially over west Argyll through the day but drier further east. Maximum temperature 18 °C.

Outlook for Monday to Wednesday:

Cloudy with outbreaks of rain on Monday. A cloudy start with rain on Tuesday but drier with sunny spells later. Mostly dry Wednesday with sunny spells. Breezy Monday and Tuesday.

The wettest and windiest conditions are expected to be in the northwest, with spells of rain at times which may be heavy in places. It will likely be very warm or perhaps hot at first in the north, temperatures quickly becoming near normal or slightly above. More settled in the southeast with conditions drier overall, although some rain will probably spread from the west or northwest at times. There is also the risk that isolated heavy showers and thunderstorms could develop at times. Temperatures are expected to be above normal, perhaps with some hot spells in the southeast.
